My approach is personable and relatable.  Whether it's doing a day of training on culture, digging in on leadership coaching, or helping design an amazing marketing plan.  I always start with the relationship first.  I want to cultivate personal connections that lead to excellence in culture, leadership, and marketing.

I have created belonging cultures.  I have been a great people leader and developed other great leaders.  I have created proven methods of connecting consumers to brands.  I don't have rigid prescriptions to follow.  I work to have developed descriptions that can lead to your own prescription that works for your organization and team.
